Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 9 business days in most countries, and up to 14 business days for the rest of the world. During Black Friday and December, processing can take a few extra days.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free in Europe on orders over €69. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us and we'll help.

EU orders include all taxes at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders to the UK, the US and other countries outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival, paid to the carrier.

No. We can't deliver to parcel lockers, automated pickup points or military addresses. Please use a home or work address at checkout.

Yes. When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow it. You can also check it anytime on our tracking page.

Most parcels turn up within a day or two. Check your mailbox, your neighbours and your building's reception, and look for a delivery photo in the tracking. Still missing? Contact your local carrier, then email us with your order number and we'll help investigate.

You can return an unused set in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Orders placed between November 15, 2026 and January 6, 2027 can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and Mystery Box sets can't be returned. Full details in our Refund Policy.
